GrindoSonic IL In-Line System
New In-Line system GrindoSonic® IL for 100% production QA-QC
The GrindoSonic® IL System is designed to integrate and fully automate the quality control process of objects in a production line.
As soon as for instance a braking pad, a ceramic tile or a grinding disk is in a defined location of a production line, the vibration measurement probe will be positioned against the object by means of a measurement arm. The impulse excitation device will hit the object with a small steel projectile, causing the natural frequency to be excited.
This frequency is measured and immediately displayed on the touch screen. Acceptance limits can be set up per batch and statistics can be done. An average of the accepted pieces and of the total number of pieces is calculated immediately.
Material properties such as elasticity, E- or G-modulus can also be measured.
In Line Station, containing The GrindoSonic MK7 controller unit with all its standard functions:

- Selection of zones of interest by band filtering (hardware -8th order bandpass filters)
