Designed for high-precision milling of the same part, Kent USA CNC Knee Mills are built to last on heavy-duty, solid foundations. Kent USA CNC Knee Mills are standard equipped with Acu-Rite MillPwr G2. This CNC control can be used as a full function DRO, an intelligent power feed or a programmable CNC.
This versatile system allows the operator to switch from full automatic mode to manual mode in just seconds. Import and run G-Code files from CAD/CAM programs to machine full 3D contoured parts. With optional spindle control, you can automatically control your spindle’s speed and/or direction on milling machines that are equipped with an electronic variable speed spindle.

- 3 HP AC-Freq drive head with digital RPM display and analog load meter. Automatic spindle direction reversal when switching between high and low speed gear ranges
- 12” x 50” hardened and ground table top
- 60-550-4500 spindle RPM (Hi/Low gear)
- Automatic centralized lubrication system with metered check-valves
- Single-phase or 3-phase power without the need for a phase converter
- Hardened and Ground (Hrc-52) table surface and all slide ways
- Solid box ways on saddle and column
- Easy conversational programming, DRO-mode allows for full manual operations with built-in 3 axis absolute encoder glass scales
