Angle Iron Shear
The No. 4 Angle Iron Shear is offered with three types of shear blades; standard, contour and special. The standard blades are installed at the factory and all No. 4 shears are shipped with these blades. The contour and special blades must be purchased separately and installed by the user. The same base shearing die can be used with all three shear blades.
Note: Shearing 2" x 2" x 1/8" angle without distortion requires a special blade which also cuts other sizes as shown for contour blade.
Since the extreme capacity of this tool is accomplished by a shearing action, there is a bending out or distortion of one leg of the angle iron when using the standard movable shear blade. To avoid this distortion, a contour moveable shear blade is offered to cut 1/2" x 1/2" x 1/8" to and including maximum contour capacity of 2" x 2" x 3/16".
Angle Iron Notcher
The No. 50 Angle Iron Notcher is a useful tool for notching or coping angle iron. It can be used in the shop or on the job site, Coping and special degree notching blade and dies are available.

This entire unit is a must whenever angle iron is fabricated. Consists of No. 4 Angle Iron Shear, No. 50 Angle Iron Notcher and No. 51 Angle Iron Bender… all mounted on sturdy floor. 72-Inch operating bar handle is furnished.
