- Use for hand tapping
- Mount center in a drill chuck or collet
- Insert the hardened point in the center of the tapping fixture or in the center of the back of the tap
- As the tap is turned the pressure provided by the center will follow the tap as it threads the hole assuring straight and accurate hand tapped threads
- One size center can be used for all standard tapping applications
