- Column is enlarged double walled and ribbed for maximum strength and stability for heavy duty grinding.
- Table, saddle and base are high grade cast iron.
- Enlarged spindle is supported by 4 preloaded class 7 ultra precision angular contact bearings.
- Both vertical and cross are double vee with longitudinal one vee and flat. Slide ways are Turcite "B" coated for friction free table movement.
- Automatic lubrication system insures all slideways and ball screws are lubricated to eliminate wear.
- Cross Feed is equipped with precision ball screws and powered with AC motor.
- Vertical feed powered by AC motor.
- Hydraulic table feeds at 5-25M/MIN or may be hand feed with rack and pinion drive.
- Proximity switch for safe machine operation.
- Pre-set table speed control allows quick and accurate feed repeat-ability when engaging hydraulic table.
