AL metric toolholder bushings are designed with a split and a flat for both Numerical Control (NC) and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) lathes and chucks. They offer longer clamping length than other bushings for maximum rigidity, and no flange so they can go through any bore. They are used to adapt boring bars and round shank tools.
