The integrated shank design makes it impossible for the arbor and drill chuck to become separated. This provides a unit of greater rigidity and precision. The compact total runout to a minimum.
The Self-Tightening feature automatically increases clamping, force proportional to increased torque to prevent tool shank slippage. This is standard for right-hand rotation applications, left hand rotation is available upon request.
The JK-SOLID series is furnished with milled wrench flats to be used in application where more tool clamping force is necessary. Clamping forces can be increased up to 3 times with light wrench tightening.
100% of JK-SOLID drill chucks are individually controlled to ensure not to exceed a maximum total integrated runout of 0.0016".
