- Engrave at over 100 ipm. Cutting engravers cannot compete!
- Spring loaded diamond tip will engrave on uneven surfaces. No more engraving fade or overcut.
- Tip travel up to 0.250″.
- Made from precision ground and hardened 0.4995-0.5000 diameter rod can be used in end mill holders and collets.
- Corrosion resistant 17-4SS body and 300SS diamond engraver shank.
- Easily engrave on soft materials such as plastics to full hard tool.
- The 120 degree tip is all purpose and works on all materials. The 90 degree tip engraves deeper however we do not recommend it for glass/ceramics etc as it will wear out faster.
- Adjustable tip preload force using by changing engagement depth and 2 springs supplied for differing materials.
