Metalpro 40 Ton Capacity Hydraulic Ironworker - MP4000

The MP4000 is a 40-ton Ironworker, powered by a 110V, single phase standard wall outlet or generator. Its compact, sturdy design boasts 40 tons of pressure at the punch station and 20 tons of pressure at the central workstation. This allows the user to punch a 3/4" round hole through 1/2" mild steel (capable of larger holes through thinner mild steel). METALpro's footswitch design controls a hydraulic power system.

This machine comes standard equipped with METALpro's punch station, ready to accept any size punch and die set or accessory to fit your needs. With an open central workstation this gives users the options to pick between any one of METALpro's 3 in 1 shears (6-inch, 8-inch, 12-inch) or brakes (8 inch or 12 inch). METALpro stands behind their machines with a three-year limited manufacturing warranty. All METALpro machines and accessories are proudly made in the USA and built to last.

40 TONS OF POWER

The machine is ready with die holder, stripper, and punch retaining nut. The punch station can be used with a range of notchers, custom shape punching, and forming operations. The punch ram and retaining nut are machined and heat treated for long life. The open work station allows for flexibility for metal fabricators to purchase accessories that best fit their needs.

The large 11 x 16" power cavity delivers 20 tons at the open work station. The outboard punching station delivers 40 tons at the punch and is designed to work with a variety of METALpro accessories:
