The MP4500FS is a 45-ton ironworker, powered by a 110V, single phase standard wall outlet or generator. Its compact, sturdy design boasts 45 tons of pressure at the punch station and 22.5 tons of pressure at the central workstation. This allows the user to punch a 7/8" round hole through 1/2" mild steel (capable of larger holes through thinner mild steel). METALpro’s footswitch design controls a hydraulic power system.

This machine comes standard equipped with METALpro's 8 inch, 3 in 1 combination shear. The shear consists of a flat bar shear, angle iron shear and round/square rod shear, built into one singular unit. METALpro stands behind their machines with a three-year limited manufacturing warranty. All METALpro machines and accessories are proudly made in the USA and built to last.

45 TONS OF POWER

The machine is ready with die holder, stripper, and punch retaining nut. The punch station can be used with a range of notchers, custom shape punching, and forming operations. The punch ram and retaining nut are machined and heat treated for long life. Shear handles flat bar, round, square, and angles in one quick set up. All wear parts and blades made from heat treated, high grade tool steel.

The large 11 x 16" power cavity delivers 25 tons at the shear. The outboard punching station delivers 45 tons at the punch and is designed to work with a variety of METALpro accessories:
