Precise Absorbent Pads

• Sonic bonded pads absorb liquids quickly.
• Made from uniform polypropylene fibers, sonically bonded for added strength.

Oil Only:

• Used for absorbing petroleum-based fluids.
• Standard and dimpled melt blown polypropylene sorbents are typically used to skim oil off water.
• Their fibrous textures draw hydrocarbon-based fluids into the center of the pad while repelling water.
• These sorbents are untreated (no additional chemical additives). Untreated polypropylene is hydrophobic, it repels water and adsorbs oil.
  
  

Universal:

• Dimpled melt-blown polypropylene has a semi-fibrous texture to tie down loose fibers for maximum absorption.
• Can be used for virtually any in-plant application.
• Absorbs non-aggressive fluids such as oil and water and aggressive fluids such as acids & caustic fluids.
