Collet Chucks:
- Balanced to G6.3 at 15,000 RPM to save spindle bearing life
- Taper-to-taper runout <0.0002".
- AD coolant thru the spindle.
- Hardened to 56-60 HRC.
- Taper shank ground to AT3 accuracy (or better).
- Taper manufactured in accordance with ANSI B5.50 / ISO 7388 specifications.
- CAT 40 Draw bar threads: 5/8"-11
Collets:
- T.I.R.: 0.0002"
- True double angle for extreme concentricity.
- Clamping range: .039" (except 1/16" is 0.02")
- Compatible with DR, RD, ESX, AR, & BR series collets.
- All collets inspected for quality and accuracy.
