48" x 72" (1200mm x 1800mm) Superior Red Granite Surface Plate with an 8" (200mm) thickness. Superior Red Granite offers unparalleled wear resistance compared to other surface plates. Grade A (Inspection Grade) for general work in quality control. .000700" (0.0177mm) Flatness unilateral tolerance. Produced without ledges.

• Meets or exceeds U.S. Federal Specification GGG-P-463c and ASME B89.3.7 2013 for flatness.
• Best surface hardness and wear resistance - The highest percentage of quartz crystals of any granite plate.
• Smooth, jewel-like quartz bearing points protect accuracy and finish of both the surface and the tools used on it.

• Comparable to black granite plates while outwearing them as much as 5 to 1.
