SWAG Off Road | 50" Press Brake DIY Builder Kit - 50PB

The press brake kit comes unassembled, allowing you to complete the final welding and assembly yourself.
You asked for it — and here it is.
This kit is constructed from high-strength 3/8" steel, featuring a 1.0" x 4.0" thick top die and a 3.0" wide bottom die.

The 50" press brake kit can bend steel up to 49" wide and is designed to fit hydraulic presses with at least 52" between the vertical beams. It can also be cut down or modified to accommodate smaller presses.

Note: The maximum bending width and thickness depend on your hydraulic press. With sufficient tonnage and proper support, this brake can bend up to 1/4" A-36 steel at full width. We recommend 60 tons; three 20-ton jacks spaced evenly work well.
Tools required for assembly include a welder, grinder, level, and small square.

Please note: The springs provided with the kit are intended only to assist with assembly and will not fully lift the top die. For smoother operation, we recommend adding an extension spring from the top of your press frame to help lift the top assembly.
