TSAS&C® is a high-performance product that dissolves bitumen, tar, oil, and tack from paving machinery, equipment, and tools. TSAS&C® melts asphalt products with ease without harsh chemicals. It does not release harmful fumes, is non-flammable, safe for contact with skin, and is even registered NSF-H1 food safe making it extremely worker friendly.

The 16oz. ASPHALT sprayer is designed to give you the best of both worlds! With a familiar design, the nozzle has 3 settings for your application and storage needs, SPRAY – for wide and uniform coverage, STREAM – for direct, targeted applications, and OFF – for storage.

Cleaning and Preventing Buildup

• Outperforms diesel fuel for all of your continuous and end-of-day cleaning needs. Spray, dip, or rinse shovels, rakes, pavers, hoppers, tanks, pots, lutes, tampers, rollers, screeds, squeegees and even shoes. Works on all types of hot, warm, and cold mixes as well as tack and sealcoats.

Hardened Deposits and Crystallized Tack

• Excellent at breaking down the most difficult of asphalt cleaning needs. Problem areas can be soaked for minutes, hours, overnight or even weekends as evaporation is practically non-existent & slowly continues to work. For heavy deposits, re-wetting can be helpful as dilution may take effect as it soaks in deeply and causes runoff, along with the dissolved waste oils.

Usage as a Release Agent

• Amazing and long-lasting pre-treat release for hand tools, hoppers, loaders, shuttle buggies, and truck beds. Apply a thin layer to your surfaces before filling and sticky asphalt products will slide right off. With its low evaporation rate and high flash point, a single application will prevent sticking for multiple usages.

Worker Friendly and Machine Lubricating

• High performance without harsh chemicals and odors and is even safe for contact/cleaning of skin. Whether used strictly as a lubricant or left residually after cleaning, Trick Shot® will lubricate and protect moving parts such as screws, bearings, sprockets, augers, and chains.

EPA Designated Environmentally Acceptable Lubricant

• In compliance with The Clean Water Act (CWA) through its designation as an Environmentally Acceptable Lubricant (EAL). Usage around the job or around the plant will not harm the environment and will pass regulator/governmental snap inspections or ongoing compliance checks.

USDA Certified Biobased and Renewable

• Registered with the USDA at 96% biobased Carbon content. Before performance additives, the base oil is Soy Oil Plus which is created from US-grown soybeans processed through a proprietary chemical conversion loosely related to making biodiesel.
