- Hardness: 58 to 60 RC
- Eliminates the catching and hogging-in when breaking through thinner materials such as truck frames
- Designed for enlarging existing holes exclusively.
- May replace tapered reamers in many applications.
- Although (UB) Ultra bore drills will substantially outperform cobalt drills in most stainless steel, it is recommended that cobalt drills be used in the machining of free machining stainless steels such as 400 series & 303 materials along with titanium alloys.
