GS Tooling HSK100A Shrink Fit Holders w/ Coolant Ports
- Unsurpassed Accuracy: Concentricity of ≤.0001” (3μm) with tool shrunk in holder.
- Coolant Ports: Each holder has 4 coolant ports in the nose to ensure coolant gets right to the tool.
- Max Gripping Torque: Tool is gripped 360° along the entire length of bore producing very high gripping torque, preventing chatter.
- Increased Production: Decrease down time - the total time elapsed to remove one cutting tool and insert another is less than 10 seconds.
- Balanced: GS follows the strictest balance standards. Our holders are pre-balanced G2.5 up to 30,000rpm
- Extended Holder Life: With double tempered tool steel construction, reduced centrifugal forces, minimized bore contamination, and minimized chatter, a GS Shrink Fit Toolholder should far outlast a standard end mill holder.
- Chip load distributed evenly along cutting edge of tool which results in longer tool life
- Short projections are possible because no mechanical clamping devices are used. This results in greater rigidity and resistance to bending.
