• The Mitutoyo LiteMatic is ideal for providing ultra-high accuracy thickness measurements with extra-low measuring force.
• Mitutoyo now offers a Vacuum Plate System for use with the LiteMatic to hold flat and stable, easily deformed materials.
• LiteMatics allow measurements at forces as low as 0.01N. The Ceramic Ball contact included with the Vacuum Package will increase the force to 0.04N.
• The vacuum plate absorbs the contact-sensitive specimen, such as battery film, onto the plate surface for more stable measurement.
