- The 60º rotation spindle is made from bearing steel with heat treated to HRc 60+/-2 for high rigidity and wear resistance.
- Extra long spindle point extends into deep groove ball bearing supported shank to effectively improve rotating performance and reduce vibration.
- Lubricant can be added into the live center body to maintain lubrication on the bearing.
- Built-in oil seal protects bearing against ingress of coolant, dirt, and swarf.
