Precise 5" Sine Bar With 18 Raisers - 3402-1206

Sine bar is 5" measured between the centers of the two precision-ground rollers.
Made of hardened and precision-ground steel (often tool steel or stainless steel for durability).
Working face accuracy is 0.00003 per inch.
Rolls center distance is 5" with an accuracy of 0.0002".
18 raiser blocks are used for stacking to achieve precise height settings. Enables setting angles accurately via the sine function calculations.
For angles set up by using sine bar with 18 different raisers: 1/4 TPF, 1/2 TPF, 1°, 2°, 3°, 4°, 5°, 6°, 7°, 8°, 9°, 10°, 11°, 12°, 13°, 14°, and 15°.
