- Adjustable cut-off and grooving positive stop blades.
- Designed for use with standard cut-off inserts.
- Prevents insert splitting under heavy feed and shock loads.
- “Positive Stop” prevents insert drift and the blade pocket from spreading one the insert is set firmly in place, allowing the insert’s cutting edge location to repeat accurately as a result. the blade and insert geometry permit free chip flow, minimizing insert breakage due to build-up.
