This versatile indicator holder has three pivots available for positioning the indicator where needed. All pivots are controlled by one tightening knob. Universal Indicator Holder with No. 657 with 657P/ 657S/PT17850.

- Works with any indicator with a 3/8" (9.5mm) stem (such as our 25 and 650 and 651 Series)
- Works with any indicator with a standard dovetail mount (such as our 708, 709, and 811 Series)
- Works with any indicator with a 1/4" (6.3mm) shank (such as our 196 Series)
- Works with any indicator with a 3/16" (4.7mm) shank (such as our 708, 709, 811 and 711 Series)
- Works with any indicator with a body clamp (such as our 711 Series)
- The working area is within a hemisphere having a radius of approximately 12" (300mm)
- The very sensitive fine-adjustment is located on the magnetic base to eliminate indicator deflection when it is being adjusted
