The SWAG Off Road HULK Tubing Roller is built for serious fabricators who demand accuracy and repeatability. Weighing 80 lbs, this powerhouse is 100% designed, machined, formed, manufactured, and assembled in the USA.

• Premium construction: 4130 chromoly axles, a fully machined drive yoke, and a 2-ton bottle jack deliver smooth, controlled forming.
• Versatile die options: Choose from 76 die sizes for round tube, pipe, and square tube, plus specialty dies for flat bar, handrail cap, rectangular tubing, and diamond-profile square tubing. Many are available in Delrin—perfect for anodized or polished materials.
• Engineered for precision: Chromoly axles are machined to within ±.003” and centered with dual shaft collars to eliminate side play. The center drive yoke, machined from three pieces of ¾” thick steel, ensures perfect squareness and twist-free bends.
• Digital height gauge: Easily repeat bends with zeroed setup, precise radius control, and logged settings for future jobs.
• Effortless operation: The 2-ton bottle jack applies consistent downward force, while roller bearings on all dies ensure smooth rolling. Upgrade to hands-free power rolling with a Harbor Freight pipe threader (#62203).
• Durable finish: Powder-coated steel frame, aluminum spacers, and stainless hardware combine strength with a professional look.

Performance Specs

• Rolls round tubing and solid stock to a 12" radius.
• Rolls square and rectangular tubing to approximately 36–48" radius.
• Mounting footprint: 30" x 8.625" (hole pattern: 29" x 7.625" on center).
• Ships 90% assembled (base not included).
• Each die set includes one drive and two non-drive rollers.
• Over 1,000 die sets in stock—most sizes ship immediately.

Important Notes

• Recommended max wall thickness for square tube: 0.125".
• Max wall thickness for round tube varies by size and material—contact us for guidance.
