The new 2020 i2R CNC series includes three sizes, each with prismatic guides, ball screws, and offers the versatility of UCCNC included software that we utilize on all i2R CNC machines. The black, i2R CNC-UCCNC line is configured to work with the innovative UCCNC technology, allowing for a PC based control system. These machines are available in three sizes. Each one is engineered for precision with prismatic linear guides, a fully recirculating ball screw drive system, and an aluminum T-slot table. We also provide a full complement of accessories ensuring that you’ll receive a package that’s specifically tailored to your CNC needs.

• Our standard spindle is a brushless, genuine three phase, 220V AC powered motor. Driven by a VFD, the air cooled, 1HP spindle is a true industrial, high frequency spindle.

CNC dust extraction made simple

Our most popular accessory, the i2R Dust Shoe provides a nearly dust-free routing environment. Rare-earth magnet closure allows quick removal of the brush head to provide spindle access.

Hold Down Clamps (Pair)

The Hold Down Clamp kit provides a fast, convenient method of securing your workpiece to the table of your CNC Router.

Details:

The robust 5/16" T-bolt slides easily into the extruded table T-slots, and is long enough to capture nearly any material up to 3" thick. The aluminum clamping arm is 1-1/8" wide by 5-1/4" long, and is anodized to avoid marking of your materials. A large, knurled handle allows you to easily tighten to the desired pressure. Sold in pairs.
