Automatic test probes for the PCE-5000 hardness tester with a test force of 8N. The test probe can be used in conjunction with the test rig for the hardness testing of chromium-plated or copper-coated printer rolls. This test probe makes it possible to carry out various hardness measurements in a highly accurate and repeatable manner. Through the ultrasonic testing method, hardeness measurements can be carried out without destruction. The probe can be operated with one button. By carrying out the measurement with the test stand, the influence of movements in the measurement is eliminated. Furthermore, measurement with the automatic test probe can also be done for thin or light metals.
